Plantar Fasciitis Sufferer

The last two mornings I did stretches before getting out of bed. I also have been massaging the bottom of my foot. This has definitely helped with the morning pain. I want this to be over so I can get back to a normal life.

Tips for Healing Plantar Fasciitis
1. Always wear shoes
2. Massage foot and calf muscles before getting out of bed
3. Stretch calves 2-3 times a day
4. Stay off of feet as much as possible
5. Use supportive inserts in shoes
6. Use athletic tape daily
7. Wear well made supportive shoes
8. Use ice on arch and heel at least once a day for 10 minutes
